Final Project - 2.5D Matte Painting

In this final project, we are to animate one of our painting into an actual short scene. For this project, I chose one of the painting that I think is suitable for the short scene.

I used After Effect to animate the scene. I first extract every file into a group in Photoshop so that I can easily transport them into After Effect,

I did gave some sound effects into the sequence like rocket thruster and some ambience sound background to make the audience feel immersed into the scene. As for framerate, it's 25fps.

REFLECTION

This project is not fun personally for me but I know it's a nice to have skill for someone who will be under the design industry. I myself feel dissapointed on this work but I thought to myself that since I am suck at this, I should practice more on this so that I can make myself more valuable. Overall, this module is fine for people who enjoy doing paintings and movie animation.
